Product Claim Procedure

Step 1: Download the claim form and fill out with your shipment information.

STEP 2: Provide your shipment tracking number and contact email:

STEP 3: Upload your completed claim form and supporting documents to this website:


  • Submit supporting claim documentation as noted on the claim form. Ensure any repair estimate documents include the materials needed, labor time with the hourly rate and name/phone number of party who provided the repair estimate.





STEP 4: Email photos of damage to fwasticlaims@crst.com and reference your shipment tracking number in the subject line.

STEP 5: Submit your claim

Ensure all claims are received by STI within nine months of the delivery date.  Keep any damaged items and their packaging in case an inspection is needed.

FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE PROPER DOCUMENTS TO SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM MAY RESULT IN A DELAY/DENIAL OF YOUR CLAIM.  AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT TO RECOVERY A CLAIM MUST BE FILED IN WRITING WITHIN NINE MONTHS AFTER DELIVERY.

Note: A delay claim can be submitted using the product claim form.  Please indicate the delay on the form, attach documents to support any out of pocket expenses caused by the delay and include a letter to explain any other circumstances.
