Gem Logistics is a team of two employees, managing an all-owner-operator fleet of 12 drivers, each domiciled out of Lori’s office. A unique aspect of her fleet is their use of Conestoga trailers, which require both skill and a strong sense of personal ownership. In fact, the Detroit office boasts more Conestoga trailers than any other CRST flatbed fleet.
Advice for New Agents
Lori’s tip for new agents? Build connections within the company.
“Call some of the existing agents and see if you can put together lanes that work for both of you,” said Lori.
