Rheinschmidt brings nearly two decades of leadership in finance, strategy and risk management to the role. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President and CFO for GreatAmerica Financial Services in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. During his tenure, he helped the company consistently exceed profitability targets and grow from $800 million to $3.5 billion in assets.
